Accessible Room Assignments
We are partnering with the Marriott Kansas City hotel to assist with accessible room accommodations for the SOAR Conference.
When you register, we ask attendees to let us know what room accommodations they need i.e. a roll-in shower, lower bed, deaf kit, etc., so we can appropriately assign the limited number of accessible rooms that are available.
Due to the limited number of rooms, we will have a room with a roll-in shower reserved for guests who are not able to receive one and will have staff members work with attendees to reserve time to use it.
If you need an accommodation, please make sure to indicate it when you register.

Please note that Lyft does not offer accessible rides in the KC area.
