Administration of the Kansas Telecommunications Access Program & Management of the Dual Party Relay System



Project Description

 

The Contractor will manage and administer the daily needs of the Dual Party Relay Service (DPRS) and the Telecommunications Access Program (TAP). This Statewide Assistive Technology program is conducted by the Assistive Technology for Kansans (ATK), coordinated by the University of Kansas. The goal of ATK is to increase access to and acquisition of assistive technology for persons with disabilities and health conditions of all ages, across all disabilities, and throughout the entire state.  ATK has five Assistive Technology Access Sites and one affiliate AT Access Site. The sites are in Oakley, Garden City, Salina, Wichita, Topeka, and Parsons.
